Arrival in Moscow and transfer to the hotels
Moscow has three international airports located as follows (distance from the city centre):
Sheremetyevo (SVO) International Airport is located 29 km (18 miles) north-west
Vnukovo (VKO) International Airport is located 28 km (17 miles) south-west, and
Domodedovo (DME) International Airport is located 42 kilometres (26 miles) south-east.
COP6 welcome desks will be located at the arrival terminal (after passport and customs control) of each of the three Moscow international airports (Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo) from Saturday, 11 October until and including Monday, 13 October 2014, to assist participants with the transfer to their hotels.
The host country will provide a complimentary shuttle bus service for participants from the three international airports listed above to the selected hotels listed in section Hotel information.
To benefit from the complimentary shuttle bus service for arrival transfer – please complete the shuttle service reservation form and send it to local conference organizer by e-mail email@example.com by 1 October, 2014.
For participants who would like a personal arrival transfers – the local conference ACADEMSERVICE may offer the following options for individual transfer at extra charge:

Departure from Moscow and transfers to the airports
The host country will provide a complimentary shuttle bus service for participants from the selected hotels listed in section Hotel information to the three international airports listed above.
To benefit from the complimentary shuttle bus service for departure transfer – please complete the shuttle service reservation form, and send it to local conference organizer by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by 1 October 2014.
For participants who would like a personal departure transfers – the official local conference organizer ACADEMSERVICE offers the following options for individual transfer at extra charge:

Aeroexpress trains from Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo international airports are the fastest way to get to the center of Moscow. The trains make daily trips (including weekends and holidays) according to the timetable:
Aeroexpress from Domodedovo Airport goes half-hourly from 06.00 to 23.30.
Aeroexpress from Sheremetyevo Airport goes half-hourly from 05.00 to 00.30.
Aeroexpress from Vnukovo Airport goes hourly from 06.00 to 00.00.
The charge for a one-way trip on Aeroexpress varies from 340 RUB to 900 RUB. All the information can be found on the web-site: http://www.aeroexpress.ru/en/.
Complimentary shuttle services will be available during the session on a daily basis from Sunday, 12 October to Saturday, 18 October 2014 between the selected hotels listed section Hotel Information to the WTC Congress Centre. Participants are requested to consult the shuttle timetables that will be posted in the reception area of the selected hotels and the WTC Congress Centre.

The Moscow Metro is preferable for trips around the city. There are almost 200 Metro stations in Moscow; all of them open from 5.30 a.m. to 01.00 a.m. The entrances to all stations are marked with a big red letter "M". Each of the eleven Metro lines is marked by a different color, and before riding a train you should always confirm your route by checking one of the large maps posted in every station. One-way trip is 40 RUB
